1. Who we are

2. Your account
You need an account to use the decks and chat, and to keep watching a live stream after the first 5 minutes. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You must be [18] or over. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
3. Deck time, Pro and payments
Watching streams and chatting are free. Playing the decks uses deck time: five free minutes per account per rolling 24 hours, then paid hours. Paid hours do not expire and only count down while a deck is playing. Pro is a monthly membership with unlimited deck time, going live and recording. Prices are shown before you pay. [Refund and cancellation terms to be added.] On accounts without Pro, a short Club Cloud audio tag plays over the sound every ten minutes of deck time.
4. Music and your responsibility
You are responsible for the music you play. Playing your own purchased music privately on the decks is fine. If you go live, you are broadcasting to other people, and you confirm that you own, or have the permission and licences needed to broadcast, everything you play. Buying a track does not on its own give you the right to broadcast it. We may remove streams, suspend accounts and respond to rights holders' notices at any time. 5. Going live and recording
Going live and recording are available to Pro members only. Recordings are for your own use. You must not use a recording, or anything captured from the service, to infringe anyone's rights.
6. Not allowed
- Recording, ripping, re-streaming or re-sharing another person's stream or set without their permission, whether by screen capture, audio capture or any other method.
- Removing or interfering with the Club Cloud audio tag, the limits on free time, or any other part of the service.
- Harassment, illegal content, or anything that puts other people at risk, including flashing content aimed at causing harm.
7. Tips, requests and meet and greets

8. Our responsibility
